Emotional wounds may be invisible to others, but they are never hidden from God. His love reaches into the deepest pain and begins true restoration.
Scripture
“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”
—Psalm 147:3 (NIV)
Reflection
Emotional wounds can linger quietly, shaping thoughts, reactions, and relationships. Left unattended, they often produce fear, insecurity, or guardedness. Yet God does not rush healing—He restores gently and intentionally. His love creates safety where shame once lived and brings light into places long overshadowed by hurt. When we allow God into our wounded spaces, healing becomes a process of renewal, not denial. Through His presence, pain loses control, identity is restored, and peace slowly takes root again.
Prayer Point
My Father in heaven, touch every wounded place within my heart. Heal what has been bruised by disappointment, betrayal, or loss. Replace pain with peace and restore my trust in Your unfailing love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
