Trust is formed not in waiting alone, but in learning to rest confidently while God works beyond what we can see.
Scripture
“The Lord is good to those whose hope is in Him, to the one who seeks Him.”
—Lamentations 3:25 (NIV)
Reflection
Waiting tests the heart more than action ever does. When answers delay and progress feels slow, impatience, doubt, and anxiety often rise. Yet God’s timing is never careless—it is precise, purposeful, and shaped by love. Training the heart to trust God’s timing requires daily surrender: releasing control, resisting comparison, and choosing faith over frustration. In the waiting, God refines character, deepens dependence, and prepares us for what is coming. Trust grows when we believe that delay is not denial, but preparation.
Prayer Point
My Father in heaven, teach my heart to trust Your timing. Help me remain patient when answers are slow and faithful when progress feels unseen. Strengthen my hope and anchor my peace in Your perfect plan. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
