God invites us to live lightly, not by ignoring responsibility, but by surrendering control. When burdens are released in prayer and trust, the heart finds relief and the mind regains balance. Living light is a daily choice to hand over what weighs you down and receive God’s peace in return.
Prayer Point
My Father in heaven, I release every burden I have been carrying. Take the weight of stress, anxiety, and emotional strain from my heart. Fill me with Your peace and help me live with freedom and trust in You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
