Reflection

Boundaries are not barriers; they are bridges to balance and peace. Without them, exhaustion, resentment, and emotional overload quietly take root. God’s design for healthy living includes knowing when to say yes and when to say no. Setting boundaries creates space for rest, clarity, and meaningful relationships. When boundaries are shaped by wisdom and love, they preserve emotional health, protect spiritual focus, and allow you to live with greater peace and intention.

Prayer Point

My Father in heaven, give me wisdom to set healthy boundaries. Help me protect my heart, manage my energy, and honor the limits You have placed in my life. Teach me to live with peace, balance, and clarity. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
