Healing begins when you release what weighs you down and allow God to carry what you were never meant to hold.
Scripture
“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.”
—1 Peter 5:7 (NIV)
Reflection
Unresolved pain, regret, and disappointment can quietly shape our thoughts and limit our joy. God does not ask us to deny our wounds; He invites us to surrender them. Letting go is an act of trust, trust that God’s grace is greater than the past and His healing stronger than our scars. As we release yesterday’s burdens into His hands, the heart softens, clarity returns, and emotional freedom begins to grow. Healing is not instant, but it is certain when placed in God’s care.
Prayer Point
My Father in heaven, I bring my past, my pain, and my heavy emotions to You. Heal my heart, release me from what I carry, and teach me to trust You fully. Restore my joy and renew my strength as I walk forward in freedom. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Beetroot + Strawberry + Banana + Spinach + Water

Evangelism Tip
Share your testimony of healing with someone who is struggling. Authentic stories of God’s restoration often open hearts more deeply than words alone.
