Caring for your body is not vanity—it is stewardship, honoring God by nourishing the vessel He entrusted to you.

Scripture

“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?”
—1 Corinthians 6:19 (NIV)

Reflection

God designed the body with intention, balance, and resilience. When we fuel it wisely—through movement, rest, and nourishing foods—we partner with God’s design for strength and vitality. Physical wellness supports mental clarity, emotional stability, and spiritual focus. Choosing to care for the body is an act of faith, acknowledging that health enables service, purpose, and longevity. Small, consistent choices made with gratitude transform wellness from obligation into worship.

Prayer Point

My Father in heaven, help me honor You with my body. Guide my choices in movement, rest, and nourishment. Give me wisdom to care for myself faithfully so I may serve You with strength, energy, and gratitude. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
