ENTERING A NEW SEASON WITH GOD

Please log in or register to do it.

Every new season is an invitation from God to trust Him in fresh ways and discover a deeper dimension of His character.

Scripture
“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” —Bible (Isaiah 43:19)

Reflection
Life with God is marked by seasons. There are times of planting, seasons of growth, and periods of harvest, as well as winters of quiet rest and restoration. Entering a new season often requires us to release our grip on the last one—letting go of old comforts, familiar routines, and even past victories. It is an act of faith to trust that what God has ahead is just as purposeful as what He is leaving behind.

Stepping into a new season requires heightened attentiveness. You must listen for God’s guidance in unfamiliar territory. It may feel uncertain, but this is where reliance on Him deepens. The methods that worked in the last season may not be what He is calling you to in this one. He may be inviting you to develop new skills, new levels of patience, or a more profound dependence on His wisdom.

This transition is not about striving but about aligning. It’s about asking, “God, what are you doing now, and how can I join you in it?” Whether the new season is one of increased responsibility, quiet waiting, joyful celebration, or healing, He is the constant. His presence is the anchor that gives you stability, no matter how the landscape of your life changes.

Embrace the new thing God is doing. Perceive His hand at work, even when the path is not yet clear. He is making a way for you, providing exactly what you need for the journey He has planned.

Prayer Point
Lord, thank you for the gift of new seasons. Give me the courage to let go of the past and the faith to embrace what You have for me now. Help me to perceive the new thing You are doing in my life. Guide my steps, calm my anxieties, and align my heart with Your purposes for this season. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Exercise Plan — Adaptability & Balance Flow

  • Routine: Dynamic stretching routine (15–20 minutes) focusing on balance poses like Tree Pose and Warrior III.
  • Core: Include Pilates-inspired movements like bird-dog or dead bug to enhance stability through transition.
  • Purpose: To improve flexibility, balance, and core stability, training the body to adapt to new movements and hold steady through change, just as we must do spiritually.

Fruit & Vegetable Plan — The New Season Harvest Bowl

  • Ingredients: A base of mixed greens + seasonal vegetables (like roasted butternut squash in fall or fresh berries in summer) + a lean protein like chicken or chickpeas + a light vinaigrette.
  • Benefits: Eating seasonally aligns your body with the natural rhythm of creation. This bowl is adaptable, nutrient-dense, and provides balanced energy for whatever the new season holds.

Evangelism Tip
Share with someone how God has been faithful to you through different seasons of your life—the good and the difficult. Your story can be a powerful testimony that God’s presence is constant even when circumstances change.

Daily Focus: Perceive the new thing God is doing and step forward with faith.
