Evangetic Wellness
Good morning, I hope you are well.

Today’s topic is, Building Resilience Through Self-Compassion

Being kind to yourself isn’t weakness, it’s wisdom. Just as God shows you grace, you’re called to extend it to yourself, especially in hard times.

Scripture:
“The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love.”
—Psalm 103:8 (NIV)

Resilience grows when you stop beating yourself up and start embracing God’s grace. Self-compassion helps you recover, learn, and move forward. Treat yourself with the same patience God offers you—you’re still growing, and He’s not finished with you yet.

Exercise:
Let’s do a simple Recovery Stretch + Core
Stretch major muscles, then 3x 1-min plank variations
👉 Maintains active recovery and core tone.

Smoothie: Watermelon + Coconut Milk + Banana
Benefits: Refreshing and packed with electrolytes.

Try again, it at first you don’t succeed, try again!

Do not give-up!
