The Accra City Conference (ACC) Youth Ministries recently hosted the second edition of the much-anticipated Pathfinder Rally, bringing together Pathfinders, Master Guides, Instructors, Counselors, and Parents for a memorable day of fellowship and inspiration. Held at the prestigious Kofi Ohene-Konadu Auditorium at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), the rally united Pathfinder Clubs from across the Conference under the inspiring theme, “Quest For Change, Together for Gold.”
The event kicked off with a stunning Guard of Honor and Color Ceremony, showcasing the discipline and teamwork of the participating clubs. Pathfinders captivated the audience with live musical performances, choreography, recitals, and series of inspiring presentations. The rally also provided an invaluable platform for clubs to share their success stories and strategies, fostering a spirit of collaboration and mutual growth.
One of the most impactful moments was the Neckerchief Charge, where Pathfinders were reminded of their mission to be agents of positive change in their communities. This solemn and symbolic ceremony left an indelible mark on all who participated, igniting a renewed commitment to the Pathfinder ideals.
The keynote address by Prof. Emelia Oppong Bekoe was a highlight of the event. Speaking on the rally’s theme, she emphasized the importance of divine guidance, shared vision, collaborative effort, and resilience in achieving extraordinary goals. Her powerful message inspired attendees to pursue excellence with unwavering determination, reminding them that, “Together we can achieve the extraordinary.”
The rally concluded with a vibrant awards ceremony, where outstanding clubs, directors, counselors, and individual Pathfinders were recognized for their exceptional contributions. This moment celebrated the dedication, leadership, and hard work of the Pathfinder community while encouraging others to strive for greater heights.
The second edition of the Pathfinder Rally was more than an event—it was a movement of faith, inspiration, and collective action. As Pathfinders return to their communities, the lessons learned and memories created will undoubtedly inspire them to lead lives of purpose and excellence, reflecting the values of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
